Shipping Coverage:
Currently, we ship within the UAE. International shipping options may be introduced in the future.
Delivery Time:
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking:
After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
At Nutara, quality and freshness are essential. Due to the nature of food products, we have specific return guidelines to protect our customers.
Food Safety Policy:
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
